Aidan Moffatt's Love Advice

Aidan Moffatt, for those of you who don't know, is what might be termed 'a professional grump.' He was in the band Arab Strap with Malcolm Middleton.

I don't actually know any more than you, my readers, probably do, in this situation - I know that Arab Strap were known and acclaimed for being apparently quite darkly comic in a distinctly '90s Scottish way.

Anyway, Aidan Moffatt acted as an agony uncle for the review site The Quietus (a site I really love reading every now and again, as their writing is very witty and just so much fun). It was in two parts, both prefaced with I'm No Expert... and whether you're looking for love/sex advice or not, it's hilarious. The second column is especially brilliant.

Their review of Eden Lake also has single-handedly convinced me to watch it, while simultaneously reminding me why I love The Quietus. I also owe them for randomly urging me to listen to the (absolutely brilliant) Afro Samurai soundtrack. Yay!
